How We Started
From a Home Kitchen to Oak Street
What began as weekend baking for friends and family grew into the bakery you see today. We never lost the home-kitchen feeling — every batch is still made by hand, by people who genuinely love what they do.

We don't cut corners. Good butter, real vanilla, and time-honored technique go into everything we sell. We'd rather bake a little less and make it a lot better.
